The Tsogyal Center was founded by Lama Dechen Yeshe Wangmo, a lineage holder of the Dudjom Dakini Heart Essence (Khandro Thuktik). It was blessed by Repkong Lama Tsedrup Tharchin Rinpoche and given the name Joyful Lotus Grove of Scripture & Realization.
